Scents have a truly magical way of transporting us beyond our daily routines, to-do lists, and stresses to some of the happiest and most cherished moments of our lives. By incorporating these scents into our lives through aromatherapy, we have the ability to revisit these sacred moments again and again, no matter where we may be or what our lives may be throwing our way.

Essential Oils

Essential oils are Mother Nature’s medicine. Essential oils have been a powerful tool in my own life as well as in my personal yoga and Reiki practices.
